Team Lead, Corporate Secretarial

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and review the team's work to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, adhering to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and service schedules.
Develop and manage staffing plans to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.
Serve as the main contact for team members and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaborative solutions to address challenges.
Monitor performance metrics to enhance operations while mentoring and empowering team members.
Lead a team handling various corporate secretarial tasks, including:
Ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and governance.
Preparing and maintaining statutory documents and records.
Providing support for KYC documentation and other administrative tasks.
Assisting with board meeting documentation and work pass administration.
The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in leadership roles, such as Team Leader.
Keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Collaborative team player.
Experience managing a client portfolio independently is a plus.
Background in professional firms and experience with companies across different jurisdictions is advantageous.
