Brief description of the vacancy
Data science is at the core of our company's value proposition, and is the cornerstone of all products we develop. You will be engaged in developing an innovative anti-fraud platform designed to ensure security in trading and payment fields. Our platform is in the active development stage, and all key components will be built from scratch, including a rule management engine, integration with various data providers, tools for clone detection, and scoring models. We also plan to develop a unified back-office for rule configuration, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation management.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data scientists and big data specialists. Plan, prioritize and execute data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from large volumes of data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges through data-driven solutions. Ensure the quality and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation processes. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development. Requirements Requirements: Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics or a related field. Proven track record of success in leading data science teams and delivering impactful data-driven solutions in CFD industry, specifically in Anti-Fraud domains or similar experience is a competitive advantage. Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques, statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R and SQL. Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark and AWS. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
