Job Description Open Position: Team Lead, Data Scientist (Renowned Insurance Company) A Renowned Insurance Company is currently hiring Team Lead, Data Scientist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Possess Master's or PHD in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematic or other quantitative field.
More than 5 years' experience transforming data collections and developing statistical models Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers and big data specialists Lead data mining and collection procedures.
Developing data sets and models, including creating statistical analysis techniques to extract knowledge from the data.
Standardisation of methods and algorithms used across the business unit.
Recommending solutions to business problems by analysing data and providing recommendations based on findings.
Experience of implementing quality assurance of software-based processes and analytical outputs.
Advanced analytics tools and languages to analyse large data sets from multiple data sources.
