Ensure the team consistently delivers accurate and timely general accounting and reporting, fixed assets management, statutory accounting, and direct and indirect tax services. This includes tasks such as journal postings, RTR maintenance, report preparation, reconciliations, and tax submissions.
Oversee reconciliation tasks, including Bank, Inventory, FA (Fixed Assets), Clearing account, Prepayment, and Accruals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ownership of Key Financial Registers
Act as the owner of the General Ledger Account Master and Fixed Assets (FA) register, ensuring accurate maintenance and updates.
Month-End RTR Process Supervision
Supervise the month-end RTR (Record to Report) process, ensuring the timely completion of closing and reporting activities.
Financial Accounting and Statutory Reporting
Coordinate with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, and others, ensuring that all requirements and queries are handled efficiently.
Assist in Financial and Statutory Reporting, the Annual Audit process, the half-year review process, the Quarterly and Statutory Group Consolidation Process, and the management of monthly inter-company balances and transactions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of Five (5) Years of Experience in General Accounting
Experience in Fixed Assets Management and Record-to-Report (RTR) Processes (Preferred):
Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
Ability to Handle Escalations and Work Under Pressure
Proactive, Self-Motivated, and Capable of Leading a Team
