Mission
This role needs to set up, lead, and manage the new team in Malaysia, develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong relationships with customers, and effectively manage the multi-functional team.
Responsibilities:
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, measure its effectiveness, and drive sustainable growth.
Manage and analyze all sales stages, identify key areas of new opportunities or improvements to adjust strategy.
Lead and manage all aspects of customer service and international order processes, ensuring service excellence and order fulfillment.
Resolving escalated issues, maintaining customer relationships, and maximizing the growth of business.
Maintaining the productive team to achieve exceptional results by hiring, training, and managing performance.
Act as internal and external consultant, analyze and participate in the improvement of both front and back-end, ensure process alignment and enhance customer experience.
Provide support for other departments and branches as needed.
Be flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willing to take on new responsibilities and assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or any equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years experience in the electronic components industry, with a preference for electronics distribution.
Minimum of three years experience in team management, with a proven record of driving revenue growth, achieving set sales targets, and building high-performing teams.
Good leadership, strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in working with systems like ERP and CRM.
Must be proficient in English (fluent verbal and written), Mandarin or other languages preferred.
