Roles and Responsibilities:
Development of a high performing team by leading, motivating, coaching, and developing assigned team members.
Responsible for the planning.
Troubleshooting malfunctions and deciding to implement improvements.
Implementation of new techniques in consultation with Process Technology.
Management and monitoring of the quality management system (KMS) within the department, including development, implementation, and maintenance of work instructions.
Active participation in and management of (multidisciplinary) (improvement) projects within the own department.
Accountable for safeguarding safety within the own department and actively contributing to the general safety levels at Enza.
Secure optimum conditions for the seed storage facilities and optimize warehouse management with the help of the ERP system.
Source local suppliers for material and machinery needed for seed processing and packing facilities.
Follow legislation and regulations regarding Seed Operations activities such as phytosanitary matters, import and export business, seed crop protection, inspection issues, etc.
Implement necessary changes and secure this through the quality management system.
Maintenance and security of building and related facilities for the Bukit Minyak plant.
In the role of Key User, responsible for participation in (sub) projects regarding drafting of wishes and requirements with regard to the software to be developed/configured, the testing and implementation of the new/adapted software, and the training of employees in the use of software.
Translation of the Operations plan into concrete actions for the own department.
Continuous process analysis and contribution to process improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
Knowledge and experience in the field of process optimisation.
Knowledge and experience in the field of HSE.
Knowledge of industry-specific machines and procedures.
