If you have knowledgeand/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, accountmanagement and B2B sales, this role might be for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for total Merchant Success team goals. You will be the keydriver in developing action plans towards achieving/exceeding the overallteam's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsOversee and manage a team of Merchant Success Executives. You will betasked to set clear objectives, monitor progress and identify gaps withclear plans to improve the team's competencyForm and collaborate closely with other other functions (businessdevelopment, marketing, operations, finance etc) to increase retention ofmerchants whilst reducing churnBuild and maintain strong relationships with merchants to unlockopportunities to retain with renewal/upsell/cross sell and drive paymentadoption rate amongst existing POS merchantsWhat we look for in a candidate..4-6 years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/businessdevelopment. Experience in point of sale and payment systems and/orretail/F&B operations is a plusExperience in leading and managing account/relationship managementteamsProven ability in strategies to retain/upsell/cross sell merchantsAnalytical thinking with attention to detailStrong sense of ownership and results drivenPassionate about technology, payments in the F&B/retail spaceWhy Join Qashier?
