They are currently seeking great talents for the role of **Team lead, Supply Chain **to lead the order management team in Petaling Jaya.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and lead Customer Service department responsible for day-to-day activities ensuring efficient and quality Sales and Service delivery covering Logistics, Import and Export customs clearance, ITC compliance and implementing a continuous process to achieve organization objectives- Manage local orders and sales forecasting process, working with internal stakeholders (production, finance and sales)- Support site business leader and ensure customer care Malaysia complies and meets the GDPMD quality standard, which is including the processes of outsourced storage, and managing distribution vendors to meet the standard of PKI quality services and GDPMD Quality System.- Develop and revise Customer care SOPs, processes, and work instructions on timely manner with changing requirements.**Requirements**:- More than 8 years of experience in supporting order management and dealing with internal commercial team- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.- Experienced with air freight, customs process and logistics- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage- Fluent communicator, effective stakeholder management- **How To Apply**:JTK Number**:JTKSM 995** | Company Registration Number**:201301019088 (1048918-T)**
