Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate Trade Claim Team Lead to join our team at Suntory. In this role, you will play a pivotal role indeveloping and implementing best practices of the trade spent process. The role will be also responsible for strengthening policies and procedures for the trade spent process, ensuring compliance with group policy and internal control. You will report directly to Asst. Manager, GL & Reporting.Job Responsibilities Verify trade spend claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to contractual terms (Trading terms agreement) with sufficient supporting documents. Reconcile trade spends claims vs SAP system ensure is tally. Strengthen policies and procedures for the trade spend process, ensuring compliance with group policies and internal controls. Manager, GL & ReportingSkills and ExperienceEducational background:-Min. Degree in Accounting (ACCA/ CPA/ MIA) or related field. Experience:- Functional/ Technical skills:-Competent in process control, strong numerical sense, assertive, drive individual with a strong sense of urgency Soft skills:-1. Interpersonal skills, resilient, good communication, influencing persuasion skills, resourceful and results-oriented. 2.
