Team Lead, Treasury

**JOB PURPOSE**:The Treasury Team Lead is responsible for carrying out and monitoring the Treasury function duties to the assigned entities across all regions**Treasury Operations**Oversee day-to-day workflow processes under GSS Treasury. These include:Releasing of payment with authorized approval based on treasury payment approval matrixProcessing of fund transfer & FX dealing through SAP and EBSVerification of all manual payments on EBSPosting of journal entries related to treasuryEnsure all transactions are approved and processed completely, accurately,and in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs and KPIs**Financial insights and reporting**Prepare recurrent financial reports on a cyclical cadence. These include:Daily: Corporate Cash flow ReportWeekly: Cash Positioning ReportMonthly: ICO reportCashflow and liquidity managementMonitor daily cash balances in all bank accounts with access to EBS, ensuring no overdraftWork with Corporate Treasury team on cashflow matters**Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols**Ensure compliance with all corporate treasury policiesEnsure compliance with anti-money laundering requirementsReview and update processes and controlsHandle external auditor requests on Treasury related inquiries and reports**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance.- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others- Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes**Working Mode: Hybrid****Office interconnected with Subang Jaya LRT Station****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Treasury: 3 years (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)
