Lead, mentor, and motivate the Dealer Management team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development.
Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with the company's goals and strategies.
Promote and encourage active adoption of the company's products and services for buying and selling used cars.
Monitor dealer usage and address barriers to ensure optimal engagement.
Identify potential sales opportunities and establish new sales channels to enhance dealer engagement.
Develop strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's dealer network.
Market Insights
Gather and share insights on market trends, dealer behavior, and competitive activities with the management team.
Provide actionable recommendations to refine strategies and improve services.
C. Job Requirements
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any fields.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a related field or equivalent.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and car ownership will be an advantage.
Excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
