Minimum Requirements:
Possesses an attractive personality and can communicate well.
Possesses a strong interest in retail.
Able to handle and manage the team very well.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Morning shift: 9:30am-5:30pm, Noon Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm
Applicants must be Malaysian citizen or have Permanent Resident status.
Compulsory to work at Aeon (Pulau Pinang or Ipoh Region area)
Supervisory Level
Responsibilities:
Providing good and friendly service to customers.
Ensure each payment is processed in accordance with the set procedures.
Responsible for the cash received from customers until the end of shift.
Ensure the counters are kept clean and tidy.
Maintain a pleasant disposition and be well-groomed.
Manage and understand customer requests and questions with excellence.
Serve effectively and wisely use promotional mechanisms to promote products.
Provide sales/promotion areas according to the verified layout, ensuring no garbage or boxes are left and that POP is sufficient.
Prepare and supply merchandise.
Process returns of damaged goods to suppliers.
Maintain the counter for monthly stock pickup.
Attend training when needed and required.
