Responsibilities: Brand Advocacy: Lead the team as a loyal and passionate platform advocate, understanding the brand and the urgency in protecting the community.
Digital Skills: Possess strong digital skills, being tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms to review and flag inappropriate content.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with the flexibility to adapt to various tasks.
Content Moderation: Review and moderate content to ensure it meets community guidelines, managing typing and reporting requirements.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of content moderation or related experience.Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong bilingual reading, speaking, and writing skills preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive content with care.
