Develop and implement an operational plan and objectives for the team within corporate guidelines, plans and policies within own unit.
Key Accountabilities Leading a small team and ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans, using multiple areas of expertise available at site Ensuring preparation, testing, developing, analyzing and researching elements (e.g.
