Team Leader Senior Executive Call Centre Based In Kuching

Job ResponsibilityTo coach and develop team members and provide ongoing feedback and improvements.
To monitor the Customer Care Unit to ensure the inbound calls are being attended to in order to improve the Service Level.
Manage, review, and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Section.
Train and supervise subordinates in multitasking operations and flexible working hours/days.
Report on operations performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Identify operational constraints and possible action plans.
Manage feedback, complaints, and requests.
Handle the server room and liaise with various groups of people (TM personnel, vendors, etc.).
Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of training programs among team members.
Job RequirementsExcellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Centre operations is required.
Leadership characteristics and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Able to work in a team environment.
