In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Collect OrdersClosing customers according to the given scheme.
Responding to incoming customer WhatsApp messages with "immediate rate."
Always following up with customers, whether new or existing.
Using labels for each customer who makes a booking or is facing issues.
Ensuring customer booking data is entered into the Telegram platform.
Ensuring customer booking data is accurately entered into the Bizzap platform.
Managing data for customers who wish to make exchanges.
Ensuring that bookings are completed satisfactorily.
Customer Count ReportProviding a "customer lead" report three times a day in the designated Telegram platform.
Informing boss Zaiem immediately if customer leads are low.
Customer ServiceIf there are issues such as order cancellations, address changes, phone number updates, etc., please inform the customer service group (WhatsApp).
Ensuring that customer issues are resolved effectively and courteously.
Ensuring the achievement of KPIs, with at least 20 customers daily.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within theSales Representatives/Consultantsindustry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs.
Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to track and manage sales activities.
Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
