-Well-versed with Audiovisual, Conference Room and Digital Signage solutions.


-Build professional relationships and network with new and existing clients to expand business and increase customer loyalty.


-Prepare monthly sales forecast for management to review.


-Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.


-Engage with clients to cater to system needs and implement optimized solution to resolve issues.


-Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.


-Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.


-Conduct research and analysis on relevant technologies and identify market trends to propose to management. 


-Ensure high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market share.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.


-Highly goal oriented, self-discipline, team player, independent, and hands-on problem solver.


-Good command of language (written and spoken) in English and BM. Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an added advantage.


-Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in related field.


-Proficient in MS Office. 


-Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.


-Possess good analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills with proactive engagement and situational awareness.
