As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibility is identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical talent.
You are expected to optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising quality and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
(Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Negotiate skillfully with the candidate to secure a successful conclusion of the offer.
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidate pipelines.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Strong-bias for action Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and international environment Highly organized Proficient in excel Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks.
