Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)
1. As a technical expert, you are responsible for second-line support and closed-loop resolution of customer technical issues. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting daily technical difficulties, handling faults, conducting incident response, and providing other technical support work.
2. As a technical expert, you track customer critical requirements and bugs, collaborating with the research and development team to drive product optimization and implementation.
3. Utilizing Cloud inspection and diagnostic tools, you assist customers in mitigating potential risks to their critical online systems and provide stability solutions to ensure the stability of customer systems.
4. You are responsible for providing enterprise-level services and solutions for cloud product-related scenarios to customers. By coordinating and planning with customers, you assist in the implementation of business operations in the cloud environment, thereby promoting customer usage on the cloud.
CriteriaBachelor's degree preferred, with a major in computer science, software, or cloud computing-related fields.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in the cloud computing industry or IT-related fields, including development, operations, service support, and solution delivery. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize cloud-based business architectures, and provide vertical-specific solutions to assist customers in implementing technical architectures based on the cloud environment.
Proficient in Linux/Windows operating systems and their administration, familiar with computer networks and TCP/IP protocols, experienced in at least one database (MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/PostgreSQL/SQL Server, etc.), and skilled in at least one programming and scripting language (Java/C/C++/Python/shell/perl, etc.).
Possess expertise in at least two areas such as systems, networks, databases, containers, security, storage, big data, middleware, development, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), capable of solving complex issues in corresponding vertical technical domains.
Demonstrate proactive thinking, perseverance, and determination in solving challenging problems, with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning. Excellent team collaboration skills and a strong work ethic, with a clear understanding and enthusiasm for the internet and cloud computing industry.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, capable of using them simultaneously in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
