Technical Assistant / Admin Assistant

Job responsibilities:  Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation. To attend customers enquiries and appointment to understand and satisfy the need of customers Ensure timely reporting on project work progress and reports to Engineer. Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to work schedule Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations. Research information to support other teams and departments as needed. Keep track of and report on project progress. Complete any tasks assigned by the Engineer & Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer & Manager orderly and efficiently. Update and assist in Work in progress. To do filling for the documents Job requirement and preferences:   Candidate must at least process SPM or Diploma in any field. Good communication correspondences skills, Microsoft office knowledge Able to create and administer task priority list based on company needs. Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and resolve discrepancies in reasonable amount of time. Mandarin speaking are most welcomed Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply!
