Job Description
- Provides technical and administrative support to the System Technical Support Executive.
- Answers and responds to operation requests and submits complaint forms to vendors.
- Assists the System Technical Support Executive to type up reports and presentations.
- Communicates with vendors and Cahya Mata Intelligent Technologies Personnel.
- Assists the System Technical Support Executive with invoice processing and manages vendor payments.
- Assists the System Technical Support on data entry and summary.
- Monitors data entry & validation for operations reports; i.e.
Work Orders, Daily Work Reports, etc.
via Road Assets Management System.
- Keeps up to date on the latest trends and solutions in system aspects.
- Assists the System Technical Support Executive with data compilation such as spreadsheets, formulas, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
