Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)
Provide supporting role in administering overall departmental functions in the areas Contract Administration such as Work/Orders/Release Orders, Organizing, Administration, Budget Planning and Utilization, Time Writing, Purchase Services, Filing, Fixed Assets and Processing Invoices.
Familiar with SAP system and Supply Chain Management. Assigned to be PRRV / PR / PO / RO and OA creator for new award project from contractor.
Key person to update & monitor all related processes in the areas of Contract Administration are in compliance with the Approved Processing Time (APT) whichever applicable and notify relevant engineer(s), AA to ensure timely approval as per the APT.
Assist engineers and project managers in the preparation of documentation, prepare/update project schedules, contract administration process.
Coordinate with various project stakeholders including engineers, contractors and etc to ensure seamless information flow and project integration.
Key resources for any departmental events, functions, meetings, workshops, seminars and briefings.
Administer department in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner to support business and operational objectives and plans and in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
Requirement(s):
Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Assistant.
Competent in SAP.
English proficiency and able to communicate with locals.
Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
