Working jointly with the project and engineering team to provide technical support, assistance, and coordination for contract execution and ensuring effective resolution of technical issues.
ResponsibilitiesProvide various assistance and support for quality control of engineering documents submissions including but not limited to GA drawings, 3D plant model, piping engineering, etc.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to 3D model, piping isometric drawings, GA drawings, etc. Escalate complex problems to higher level technical support when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on technical support requests, solutions provided, and engineering documents inventory.
Work closely with team members to develop and implement technical solutions and improvements.
Assist in the execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide excellent support for plant 3D and piping team, ensuring technical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Jointly generate the P&ID drawings with other engineering disciplines using the Engineering Base platform.
Generate early MTO before completion of 3D model.
Generate/create piping and 3D modeling related documentation as per project requirement.
Learn, update, and consistently demonstrate the core competencies required for the job.
Be responsible for complying with the Group's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.
Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned.
Required QualificationsQualification
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience/entry level in technical support or similar role.
Knowledgeable in piping code and standards and its related parts; advanced in MS Excel is an added advantage.
Technical knowledge skills in Design and Drafting software such as AutoCAD and Navisworks.
