Technical Assistant - Network & Security

Assist Team Lead(Senior System Engineer)- Report and actively update supervisor on project/work progress (team)- Assist to manage and operate state office and report to head office for any update- Assist to manage project- Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure- Prepare installation/service report as required by of Project Manager- Assist to prepare network design- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies- Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution- Prepare installation or service reportsPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
