As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in improving processes and implementing automation across the business. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will help enhance operational efficiency, drive automation initiatives, and improve the end-user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to design and implement technical solutions that address business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
Execute technical solutions that align with StoreHub's Sales and Customer Experience (CX) strategies.Ensure data is captured securely and accurately in all systems.Investigate and resolve root causes of downtime or discrepancies of most web tools in use, where necessary.Conduct quantitative analysis, monitor KPIs, and provide insights on how automation and process changes are impacting business performance.Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a similar role, with a primary focus on automation and process improvement. Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including the use of automation tools (e.g., Flows, Apex). Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is a plus.Familiarity with additional web tools such as Intercom, AWS, Google AppsScripts, Zapier, Postman or other platforms.Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of Database Management is a plus.Experience in process mapping, identifying areas for automation, and implementing solutions using a range of Low-code to Integrations (REST/SOAP API) methods.Strong documentation skills, able to clearly convey technical processes and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on improving business processes through technical solutions.Self-motivated and able to work independently on complex projects, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, especially related to process automation and digital transformation.What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!): Our people - for real!
