Role Title: Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and document customer requirements, needs, and current processes. Create and convey technical specifications, including design, development, and testing plans. Identify, assess, and manage technology-related risks. Design innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions. Assess the usability and scalability of proposed solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to implement necessary changes. Design, document, test, and deploy software solutions. Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proven skills in researching, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues. Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, C#, etc.). Experience collaborating with developers. Strong skills in data collection and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the capability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies Why join us?
