BRANCH LOCATION : JB & PETALING JAYA Responsibilities: · Responsible for providing technical knowledge of the IT and DBMS (database management system) infrastructure required for successful operation of the ERP/CRM solution.
· Provides guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on issues such as: performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
· Defines the implementation and migration specification, making recommendations on hardware sizing and software upgrades.
· Assists the customer's staff in upgrading hardware and software to meet the ERP solution installation requirements.
· Test reports for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
· Executes planning and implementation of system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards.
· Conducts or supports training for technical and IT management staff as defined in project scope.
· May involve in some programming work.
Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Solid hands-on working experience using Microsoft technologies, which consist of .NET Framework, VB.Net/C#, Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services.
· Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development system.
· Knowledge in Windows Server family, such as Windows server, SQL Server.
· Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform will added advantage.
· Equipped with ERP/CRM knowledge will added advantage.
· In depth knowledge in object oriented programming
· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively.
· Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
· Ability to think abstractly.
· Ability to analyze an organization's IT infrastructure
· Ability to communicate well in English (both verbal and written) is essential. Communicate between team members and customers are key.

· Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or equivalent.
