We are seeking a skilled IT consultant with expertise in service orchestration within the telecommunications sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing service orchestration processes to enhance the efficiency and agility of telecommunications services.
This position requires a deep understanding of telecom networks, service delivery, and orchestration technologies.
Job ResponsibilitiesService Orchestration Design and Implementation:
Design and implement end-to-end service orchestration solutions for telecommunications services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand service requirements and translate them into orchestration workflows.
Integration with Network Functions:
Integrate service orchestration processes with network functions and elements to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work closely with customer network engineers and architects to align orchestrate workflows with network infrastructure.
Automation and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation in service provisioning, activation, and decommissioning.
Continuously optimize orchestration processes to improve delivery speed and resource utilization.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and configuration, e.g., Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Document, Acceptance Test Plan, etc.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards.
Technical knowledge such as REST API, Database (MariaDB, MySQL), and dashboard development will be an added advantage.
Experience with cloud-based telecommunications solutions.
Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems.
