As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for working with clients, agencies, business partners, leading Avanade delivery teams in achieving revenues targets.
Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by technologiesExtensive experience with business management software (Microsoft)Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environmentHas a deep understanding of technical deliveries that supports the business application to be implemented. In particular, understands the following:deliveries implementation, and managementSystem application and platformSystem IntegrationsExcellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action planExperience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership rolesExperience working with local, global teams on technology implementation and maintenance projectsExperience in a management or leadership role Minimum of 10+ years of relevant system implementation experiencesExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in written formProficient in Malay Language is a mustSelf-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision Lead by rolling up your sleeves with your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects.Direct efforts to defining technical, operational requirements.Manage, customers, and business partners, team members to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues, revenues attainment for projects, accounts, company.Analyze and resolve customer, operational challenges, that may be non-standard in order to achieve company goals.Design conceptual resolutions for operation needs cater for the future.Ensure projects / accounts meet standards through KPI identification and testing planOwn partnership with agencies, business partners, cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and goals attainments.Ensure all resources are utilized and leveraged appropriatelyTake active role in sales activities and planning as requiredLead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivitySome of the best things about working at Avanade
