Technical Delivery Manager , Cards

Job description Responsibilities:Serving as the main point of contact for technical resolutions and managing incident, problem, and knowledge management processes.Coordinating with 3rd party vendors/partners for application fixes, delivery, and code deployment.Providing timely updates and reports to management.Collaborating with stakeholders to manage and prioritize work against team capacity.Providing technical leadership and enforcing quality standards.Requirements:Hands-on experience in Mainframe, Cardlink/VisionPlus, Cobol, CICS, JCL, Web servers, Java platform, service-oriented technologies, and large-scale application implementation.Good understanding of the software development cycle.Over 9 years of experience in developing and delivering global/regional Cards solutions for multinational/regional companies with annual budgetary responsibilities.Over 5 years of leadership experience managing IT Cards delivery teams.Strong technical knowledge in the Cards domain Cardlink), mainframe (CICS/Cobol), collection system CACS), 3D Secure application 2C2P), Cards API, Loyalty & rewards One Empower app).Hands-on experience leading Cards Migration delivery VisionPlus, Cardlink, Loyalty & Rewards app, CACS).
