Technical Development Manager

Job Descriptions Experience in project management.Able to lead a team of Technical and Development.Demonstrate good leadership skills with great discipline and attitude working.Must have knowledge in APQP eg. Control Plan, PFMEA,SPC.Have knowledge in Lead production system.Working knowledge of MS Office.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities.Able to read CAD drawing.Working knowledge of CAD software like Catia. Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 or VDA 6.4 will be highly advantage.Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.Able to communicate in Chinese will be highly advantage.Job Requirements Experience in Car Seat assembly process & maintenance.Demonstrate good leadership skills with great discipline and working attitude.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing system.Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Quality Management System.Able to work with minimal supervision.Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.2 year experience in related field.Working Location FEYTECH SDN BHD  (FEYTECH GROUP) No. 6, Lebuh Globalview 2, Globalview Industrial Park @ KIC, 09400 Padang Meha, Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia.
