Technical Engineer

Primary function: Assist the Project Sales Manager to oversee and support the financial goals of the company by ensuring effectiveness of project sales activities.  Key Duties: Involve in design, build, commission and transfer of various water treatment system range from raw water treatment plant (RWTP), wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), RO system, DI system, Softener, Dewatering system, Filters, UF system, etc. Perform engineering calculations and develop concept into feasible and effective engineering designs and projects Provide supervision and recommend improvement plan on operation and maintenance of the system to enhance the reliability and to prevent interruption of manufacturing operations Carry out performance monitoring related to water and waste water collection, treatment and final discharge Responds to emergencies and investigates out of specification including root cause analysis and recommends corrective action Attend monthly meetings and prepare project related reports as required Comply with all applicable legal requirements and procedures such as from DOE and DOSH Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements  Organizational knowledge: Good understanding and knowledge of Technical and Chemical Sales as well as Project Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results Able to understand all mandatory requirements of ISO9001:2015 and able to perform internal audit Knowledge on handling and requirements of company products and services Risk identification and management skills Qualification & Working Experience Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Technical or Engineering Field/Business Management or in any field Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required Honest, team player, willing to learn, positive work attitude and proactive Able to meet deadline Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese
