What you'll be doing?Provide technical expertise:Guide clients in implementing SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and other integration solutions to facilitate their transition to Smart Manufacturing.
Conduct demonstrations and training:Showcase product capabilities and train customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams:Work closely with sales professionals to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
Support customer lifecycle:Assist clients from initial product installation through to post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Build strong relationships:Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends:Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in manufacturing and Smart Manufacturing technologies.
Develop customized solutions:Create bespoke solutions to meet specific customer requirements and challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues:Provide timely and professional technical support to address customer concerns.
Contribute to knowledge sharing:Document and share insights to improve internal processes and customer support.
Who are they looking for?Engineering background:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Software proficiency:Demonstrate proven experience with SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and related add-in or integration solutions.
Manufacturing expertise:Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
Smart Manufacturing insight:Understand Smart Manufacturing concepts and their integration into traditional environments.
Problem-solving skills:Excel in finding innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Communication abilities:Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Team player:Work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse customer groups.
Travel flexibility:Be willing to travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and expertise.
