Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Support customers through the entire lifecycle, from initial product installation and configuration to troubleshooting and post-sales assistance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive ongoing business.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing and Smart Manufacturing.
Assist in developing and delivering customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Document and share knowledge to improve internal processes and customer support.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the related industry.
Possesses at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.
Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player, and able to work independently.
