Technical Executive (R&D)

Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, lead, and follow up on R&D projects such as product development, innovation, and matching to ensure products meet customers' specifications within the time limit.
Work closely with the marketing department to fulfill customer requirements on matching projects until the project is completed.
Understand and monitor production processes based on the memo generated with customer requirements.
Prepare and organize marketing samples.
Conduct trial plans, monitor actual production runs, and solve problems when issues arise.
Conduct sensory assessments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
