Technical Field Support Engineer (Entry/Junior Level)

Job type: 12 months contract (yearly renewable)
Responsibilities of the Role: Acquire technical knowledge on product applicationsDiagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problemsEffectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issuesWork closely with Sales team on customer feedbackProvide onsite support and training Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.1-2 years' experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.Aggressive and hardworking.
