Come join the excellence!- OverviewFulfillment of new merchant facilities within the ADVAM gateway including the setup, configuration, testing, piloting and deployment of terminal hardware and software.Warranty repair, replacement, tracking, inventory management & technical support of hardware & software. Onsite support, upgrades & investigations. System analysis & generation of reports.Problem solving and troubleshooting of both industry standard and bespoke software operating platforms and payment terminal systems.- Responsibilities- Key Responsibilities:- Handling and configuration of P2PE Payment Terminals as required for project delivery and support- Remote Key Injection of P2PE Payment Terminals- Contributing to the management and maintenance of the P2PE Device Register Work with Project Implementation, Product Specialist and Development Teams to ensure delivery of customer projects- Work with key partners in the roll out and support of the end-to-end payment solution- Testing, troubleshooting and repair or replacement of P2PE Payment Terminals- Perform onsite and remote terminal maintenance and upgrades when required- Maintain and manage stock levels including ordering of additional hardware and components- Manage customers hardware warranties inspections and returns- Manage inbound and outbound stock deliveries- Prepare and maintain documentation such as installation and troubleshooting guides- Provide training to key partners on the P2PE Payment Terminal- Implementation and adherence to documented policies and procedures Work core office hours, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work outside of core hours where required.- Ad hoc tasks as requested- Qualifications- Desired Competencies- Professional and effective written and verbal communicator- Analytical problem-solving skills- Ability to Query SQL databases- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to translate complex technical issues into plain English descriptions- Understanding of basic IT & Network principles- Proficient Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel & the use of pivot tables- OH&S awareness- Desired Experience- Minimum 2 years background in IT or Electronics- Experience working in IT support or service provisioning is desirable- Customer service experience in the field or remote locations- Any technical experience in either Networks, Telecommunication and/or Payments advantageous- Experience engaging with AGILE development teams- Experience working within a global organization is favorable.- Education and Training- Educated to Degree standard or equivalent level of Industry experience.- Experience or exposure to the Payments Industry advantageous- ITIL Foundation and partial-Intermediate Certified advantageous- If you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!- TNS is an equal opportunity employer.
