Onsite support, upgrades & investigations. System analysis & generation of reports.Problem solving and troubleshooting of both industry standard and bespoke software operating platforms and payment terminal systems.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Handling and configuration of P2PE Payment Terminals as required for project delivery and supportRemote Key Injection of P2PE Payment TerminalsContributing to the management and maintenance of the P2PE Device Register Work with Project Implementation, Product Specialist and Development Teams to ensure delivery of customer projectsWork with key partners in the roll out and support of the end-to-end payment solutionTesting, troubleshooting and repair or replacement of P2PE Payment TerminalsPerform onsite and remote terminal maintenance and upgrades when requiredMaintain and manage stock levels including ordering of additional hardware and componentsManage customers hardware warranties inspections and returnsManage inbound and outbound stock deliveriesPrepare and maintain documentation such as installation and troubleshooting guidesProvide training to key partners on the P2PE Payment TerminalImplementation and adherence to documented policies and procedures Work core office hours, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work outside of core hours where required.Ad hoc tasks as requestedQualificationsDesired CompetenciesProfessional and effective written and verbal communicatorAnalytical problem-solving skillsAbility to Query SQL databasesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to translate complex technical issues into plain English descriptionsUnderstanding of basic IT & Network principlesProficient Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel & the use of pivot tablesOH&S awarenessDesired ExperienceMinimum 2 years background in IT or ElectronicsExperience working in IT support or service provisioning is desirableCustomer service experience in the field or remote locationsAny technical experience in either Networks, Telecommunication and/or Payments advantageousExperience engaging with AGILE development teamsExperience working within a global organization is favorable.
