Lead and mentor team members in technical aspects, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
Design and architect robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code.
Proactively troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential for our projects and sharing insights with the team.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
A passion for learning, staying updated with the latest technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js OR Proficiency in Node.js or other back-end frameworks.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and proficiency with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Solid understanding of application security, including OAuth2 Authentication and Authorization.
