Technical Manager - Genting Highlands

Job ScopeParticipate in the preparation and review of project technical proposals to ensure designs comply with the standards and specifications.
Responsible for the preparation, review and submission of technical documents, such as RFIs, drawings, and other related materials.
Prepare the shop drawings to ensure that technical details and design meet requirements.
Submit samples for review and approval.
Provide responses to rectify solutions/proposals for NCRs.
Prepare and update project schedules.
RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:Over 5 years of experience in engineering project technical management, with preference given to candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects.
Professional Skills:Familiarity with engineering project technical standards and specifications with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, and independently prepare construction proposals and detailed drawings.
Software Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD, Office, and other engineering management software.
Personal Qualities:Strong teamwork and communication skills, high level of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
