Job Responsibilities :-
1) Technical Oversight & Design:
Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, etc.)
for construction projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve M&E drawings, plans, and technical specifications for the projects.
Proactively identify and address technical risks, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
2) Project Management & Coordination:
Oversee M&E project execution, ensuring alignment with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of M&E works.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of M&E systems with the overall construction process.
3) Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding project status, issues, and updates.
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to clients and senior management.
Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the construction industry.
Experience in large-scale construction projects (commercial, semi-conductor, or residential)
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in M&E systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
