Technical Manager (Renewable Energy)

Job Description Ensure high performance and continuous development by lead and manage technical team.
Supervise installation, maintenance and design of solar PV system for both industrial and residential projects.
Create and execute the standard operating procedure to improve operational effectiveness.
Adhere to local laws and standards.
Effectively control project schedules, finances, and resources.
Develop solid connections with important stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, clients, and vendors.
Encourage ongoing improvement in technical solutions and processes.
Provide technical expertise and solutions by supporting business development activities.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years experience leadership role in technical within renewable energy sector.
Demonstrated history of overseeing technical teams and effectively delivering complex projects.
Comprehensive understanding of installation, design and maintenance of solar system.
Thorough knowledge of local regulations and standards.
Strong ability in analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in project management and knowledgeable about applicable software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work efficiently with a variety of stakeholders.
Strategic planner who prioritizes innovation and ongoing improvement.
