Customer Engagement:Assess potential clients' technical requirements and business challenges through active engagement. Solution Presentations:Craft and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals elucidating the value of our offerings. Technical Support:Provide pre-sales technical support, address customer inquiries, and resolve product functionality and compatibility concerns. Product Knowledge Transfer:Train sales teams on the technical intricacies of our products or services, empowering them to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Proof of Concept (PoC):Collaborate with customers to design and execute PoCs to validate the efficacy of proposed solutions. Technical Documentation:Prepare and maintain technical documentation, encompassing proposals, case studies, and specifications. Competitive Analysis:Stay abreast of competitors' offerings and market trends to strategically position our products or services. Project Technical Work:Oversee technical aspects in later project stages, including device deployment for business operations and technical debugging. Simulations and Testing:Conduct simulations and testing as required for troubleshooting and upon request. Technical Focus Areas:Specialize in enterprise network security, Endpoint Security, EDR, NDR, XDR, Server Virtualization, Backup, Cybersecurity Services, and SD-WAN technology.
