You will develop tools, trackers and dashboards for product line / SKU analysis on volume, sales and profitability.
You will work closely with the Strategic Marketing, Segment and Business teams, providing detailed YoY analysis, identify pareto tail outliers and devise actions to deliver to SBU goals.
You will report directly to Business Development and Marketing Director, IC ROAP.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the identification and set up strategic actions to eliminate low PC SKU and Platforms in accordance to SBU goals.
Work with Strategic Marketing and Segment Managers to reduce complexity by focusing on SKU reduction following SBU goals.
Collaborate and support Segment Managers on MGPP and identify outlier product platforms / SKU for exit.
Work with Commercial team (Sales and Segment Managers) to manage, follow up and review key projects.
Monitor and identify opportunities for portfolio mix change through profitability and efficiency analysis to achieve PPO Sales % as stipulated by SBU.
Project Manage and Coordinate ad-hoc and sprint activities relating to complexity reduction and profit improvement.
Generate and maintain critical Product related dashboards for the business, eg Pricing Dashboard, Negative and Low PC Dashboards.
Support quarterly pricing analysis and implement profitability adjustments to maintain product value pricing and profitability.
Manage the regional NPD process.
QualificationsAt least 5 years experience ideally working across a broad organization.
Knowledge of PPG coating technologies and the OEM's products portfolio and customers.
A proven track in project management, data analytics and management, preparation of business case with the ability to influence and work across the organization.
Be fluent in English.
Have a high level of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Organize information, mobilize resources, build work relationships through trust and respect, team working.
