Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, networking, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to better align recruitment strategies with market demands. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidate pipelines. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical and IT positions. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with technical professionals. Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks. Certifications in recruitment or related fields are a plus.
