Technical Research Executive (Spa)

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain SPA Technical Laboratory to ensure smooth operation which includes maintaining the chemical, material, and equipment inventory, and upkeep of equipment condition.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Assist in supporting SPA business by taking part in the development of new solutions from idea generation to laboratory trial and evaluation in final application where necessary.
Development of application tests or source for external test collaboration according to market needs.
Assist in business development projects by conducting necessary research and laboratory experiments.
Assist in handling customers' technical issues/customer complaints by coordinating necessary internal activities and carrying out necessary laboratory investigations.
Coordinate and follow up with Manufacturing and QA/QC Division for product development and improvement activities.
Update, familiarize, and document norms and standards for different criteria of products according to application and region.
Carry out tasks and activities that arise according to market needs, and any other tasks and duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material) or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Knowledge in the field of oleochemistry and surface chemistry will be an advantage.
