Identify marketing opportunities by researching consumer requirements. Review of project specifications, schematic drawing & product selection to quote. Define market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses. Prepare quotation & follow up with clients. Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to achieve marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. Administer the entire sales process effectively which include quotation, sales fulfillment, invoicing and collection Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing sales information, engineering & application trends. Job Requirements Preferably candidate with minimum a Degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity and environment Technical knowledge of boilers, burners and heating products is an added advantage Understanding of fundamental engineering knowledge related to HVAC, e.g. heat transfer, fluid dynamics. Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical and independent. Knowledge on CAD drawing. Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skill, decision making, problem solving skill and good project management skill.
