Company Background
We are representing our client, a multi-national industrial engineering Group with expertise in steam, electrical thermal energy solutions, fluid path technologies, and peristaltic pumping.
Job Responsibilities:
Through consultative selling, generate profitable orders and meet or exceed the annual sales targets.
Implement the sales strategies provided.
Generate profitable orders from the assigned sales accounts.
Ensure that field activities, such as customer visits and walk-about surveys, are properly planned, organized, and executed.
Monitor all quotations generated and ensure they are professionally followed up to maximize sales.
For any unconverted quotations, be fully aware of the reasons and recommend the necessary changes.
Regularly analyze your field activities and determine the required improvements.
Continually search for new prospects to expand your customer base and exploit any sales opportunities within your assigned area.
Develop a full understanding of the industrial base allocated to you and be aware of market activities and competition within this segment.
Identify sales opportunities and work earnestly to convert them into orders.
Actively maintain the CRM and other reporting systems to ensure reports are generated and submitted to management on time.
Continually upgrade oneself through company-conducted or sponsored training and self-study.
Execute any strategic initiatives assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering is not mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel using own transport.
Strong experience in Oil and Gas, Food & Beverage, Palm Oil Refinery, Oleochemical & Chemical industry, General Industry, Pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry would add value to the stakeholders.

Working location: Shah Alam
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8.45am - 5.30pm)
