Technical Sales Representative (Reefer & Genset)Identify new business opportunities in the reefer, genset, and after-sales markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.Monitor market trends and competitor activities for new sales opportunities.Work with the team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.Willing to travel overseas or outstation as needed.Technical Expertise and Support:Provide technical knowledge on reefer & genset products, including specs, functionality, and maintenance.Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.Offer excellent after-sales support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.Address customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.Qualifications:Experience in technical sales, preferably in the reefer/genset or HVAC industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and positive attitude.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.How to Apply:
