Technical Sales Support Engineer

Job Description
- Technical sales engineers provide clients with sales advice and support. 
- Able to work on behalf of a range of industries including M&E consultant, M&E contractor, system integrator & etc.
- Providing Technical knowledge to identify new business, negotiate contracts and review sales performance.
- Providing Technical knowledge to support consultant engineer, design engineer & contractor.
- Stay update on technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
- Conducting market research and gather client feedback to inform product improvements.
- Simplifying complex technical concepts during product demonstrations and provide post-sales support.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to engage new clientele to expand sales territories.
- Manage order updates, sales tracking, and negotiate favorable contract terms.
- Listening to customers' needs and advising them on the best products & solutions.
- Act as the technical liaison for the sales team, articulating the technical benefits of our products to customers and demonstrating how these solutions address specific challenges.
